When you need us: a deal
A deal: diligence that finds the real exposure, and integration that does not stall it.
An acquisition, an investment, a carve-out, a sale. You want diligence that finds the real exposure, and integration that does not stall the deal.
The moment
A deal has a timetable, and security questions arrive late in it. Buyers want to know what they are inheriting; sellers want to know what will be asked. Both are short of time.
What changes
The questions that matter are answered early and in plain English: what is exposed, what it would cost to fix, and what can wait until after completion. After the deal, integration is planned as a short list of decisions rather than a second programme.
Who does it
Independent board advice gives the buyer or the seller a view with nothing to sell; security architecture reads the estate from first principles.
