We built our delivery platform because we needed it. Programme decisions were being made from artefacts that took a fortnight to assemble and were stale on arrival. So we put the whole programme — scope, money, risk position, benefits — in one system, and made the reporting a print-out of reality rather than a performance of it.

Nothing leaves your network unless you switch it on — no telemetry to us, no vendor callbacks, backups that stay yours.
