Partners
Three ways to take this to your clients.
For consultancies, managed service providers and resellers. You can run OTB Works under your own name, draw on our people as capacity for your clients, or sell through us. Which fits is a conversation; this page says how each one is shaped, and where nothing is decided yet.
Run OTB Works under your own name.
The platform is rebranded end to end, for everything your client’s users and board see. The branding is yours or your client’s, set for each client instance. White-labelling is an add-on to any edition and is included in Enterprise.
You buy a pool of client instances at a partner rate.
What we do not doWe do not see your clients’ data. Each client runs its own instance, and we have no access to it.
| What the client sees | Whose name |
|---|---|
| Name, logo and favicon | |
| Colours and theme | |
| The sign-in page and emails | |
| Board packs and exports |
Use our people as capacity for your clients.
- Fractional CISO
- Transformation
- Security architecture
- NED and board advisory
- Security training and awareness
Whose brand is on the work is by agreement, and is settled before it starts.
Your brand
You hold the client and the name, and we are behind you.
Our brand
The work is ours, and you hold the relationship.
How it is agreedWho does the work, how it is staffed and how it is priced are agreed per engagement, before the work starts.
Introduce us, or resell us.
You put our services and our platform in front of your own clients. What you do depends on how you work with them.
- IntroduceYou bring us a client who needs this, and we take it from there. Whether and how an introduction is rewarded is not set.
- ResellYou sell our services or the platform to your own clients. Resale terms are not set; they are agreed with each partner.
- Resell through G-CloudIf you are a reseller on G-Cloud, public sector buyers can buy through you. It is one of the channels we support.
What we do not doWe do not publish partner terms, because none are set. Partner and reseller pricing is on request.
How a partnership runs.
One instance per client
Each client gets a self-contained instance. Client data stays physically separate; there is no database shared between clients.
A partner portal
You request instances and licences, see renewals and set each client’s branding. You see only your own pool and your own clients.
Licences issued within your pool
A licence is a signed file. Inside your pool it is issued automatically, with a key that can only sign for your pool and can be revoked. Anything outside it comes to us.
Oversight by signed report
We see every licence issued, pool use and renewals. Versions and health come from a signed estate report you submit under contract. Instances never phone home.
What we need from a partner.
Clients who need this, and a partner agreement. Under it, a partner running OTB Works submits a signed estate report. We would rather agree the rest in conversation than invent criteria here.
Tell us which route, and we will take it from there.
