Everything on this site is provided as-is, for general information. We keep it accurate and current, but we don't guarantee either. Reading it creates no consultancy, advisory or professional relationship between us — that takes an engagement contract, signed by both sides. Security decisions worth making are worth making on advice given to your firm, about your situation. Don't rebuild your control environment off a web page, including ours.
The content on this site — text, design, graphics, the name Outside The Box Consulting — belongs to us or our licensors. Read it, link to it, quote it with attribution; that's what it's for. Don't republish it wholesale, pass it off as your own, or use our name to imply we've endorsed something we haven't.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here excludes liability that can't legally be excluded — death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and the other things no contract can wave away.
