Step 1 of 3 How can we help?

Step 2 of 3 What brings you here?

Step 2 of 3 How the demo works

• You get a workstream of your own on a shared demo instance. We host the demo and it holds many people's workstreams. Yours has example programme data and is yours alone: nobody else on the instance, including colleagues at your organisation, can see it, your changes, your name or your email address.
• This is not how your own Works would run. The demo is hosted by us. Works itself is self-hosted: one signed container in your own estate, with nothing shared with other organisations and no access for us.
• It resets every 24 hours, so your changes do not last. Your access ends seven days after you confirm your email address, and the workstream is removed then.
• Please do not enter real client or personal data.
• What we keep. Your name, work email address and organisation, to set up the demo and email you about it: a link to confirm your address, your login, and two short emails during the week asking whether you would like a longer trial or to give feedback. We send no marketing from this, and nothing else.
• What happens next. We email a link to your work address to confirm it. Once you open it, your demo workstream is set up automatically and we email your login to the same address. It is valid for seven days.
• During the trial. We will email you to ask for your feedback, and whether you would like a longer trial. If you would, we will explain how to host your own version of Works and give you a short licence to run it.
• Work email addresses only. Gmail and other personal webmail, and temporary or forwarding addresses, cannot be used for a demo.

The full wording, including who processes your details and how long we keep them, is in the demo section of the privacy notice (opens in a new tab).

Step 3 of 3 Your details

Picked up from your chat with the assistant. Edit anything before sending.

By sending this you agree that we may reply to you about it. We use your details for that and for nothing else; there is no mailing list. How it is handled is in the privacy notice.
